Unfortunately, we came from a hotel with which we weren't having such a good experience. We were lucky to find the Sammy Dalat Hotel. They made us feel valued as a guest. The breakfast team was friendly and the breakfast was great. The room and hotel were above our expectations. The housekeeping team was friendly and helpful. We also, appreciate the front desk team, they were pleasant and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

it was ok when we arrived . room wasn’t as good as I thought . all the bathroom flooded out when used the shower , wouldn’t have sat in the bath . place smelt musty as all the door was rotten place felt damp . .I have stayed in lots worse places . be nice to get the place back to its former glory . was well noisy with party and club in the hotel grounds . staff was nice enough but I think I will give it a miss next time

We stayed in a balcony room with street view. The room was clean and staff was friendly, they helped me with vegan food for breakfast. Thank you and we will be back. Actually the price is cheaper than other hotel with the same level.
